OUR RETURN POLICY
All BvHcell.com sales are final Every return must be
authorized by one of BvHcell.com representatives and are
subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling
chargers are not refundable in any return or cancellation .
Once a return is authorized a Return Authorization number
(RA#) will be issued. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered, in complete original
manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all accessories,
literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards. If any of the above conditions are not met, BvHcell.com
reserves the right to refuse or return the item at the customers
expense.
Phones returned with Physical Damage or Water/Liquid Damage will not be processed and will be returned at customers expense.
Phones
that become non functional due to a firmware change or 3rd party
software install cannot be returned and must be sent to the manufacturer
for service.
