BvHcell.com return Policy: Unfortunately defects do happen to electronics and it's not something that anyone has control over it. We understand how frustrating it can be when you buy something and it stop working. Our priority is to make your shopping experience as pleasant and easy as possible so please read the following carefully.
All items sold by BvHcell.com are still under the manufacturer warranty. We will replace any DOA (dead on arrival) item if reported within 3 days of delivery. After the 3 days period item can be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. Since most of the phones we sell are imported from overseas they might come with foreign language characters on the keypad if you wouldn't like to get such a phone please call us before you place your order to check the availability of our phones.
Please check your purchase before using it, if you place any phone calls with your phone we won't be able to issue a refund in any circumstances
Every return must be authorized by one of BvHcell.com representatives and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, shipping and handling chargers are not refundable in any return or cancellation . Once a return is authorized a Return Authorization number (RA#) will be issued. Any Item returned without a RA # will be refused.
